8th Annual Banquet & Benefit Auction

Home ReSource returned to The Wilma for a night of food, friends and the most hand-crafted auction in town!

Throughout the evening, guests enjoyed:

Delicious locally-sourced dinner and drinks
Silent auction of sustainability-crafted art, furniture, local services and more

We celebrated 15 years of building a culture of reuse and a more vibrant and sustainable local economy in Missoula. We are grateful for so many Missoulians who are a part of our growing Community Sustainability programs that are fostering Missoula’s move toward Zero Waste, empowering a new generation of Zero Waste Ambassadors, and creating job training opportunities for people experiencing barriers to employment.

Each year, the awareness and proceeds from the annual Banquet & Benefit Auction help Home ReSource further our mission and fund our Community Sustainability Programs. In addition to operating a building materials reuse store, Home ReSource partners with local work programs to offer jobs and training to Missoulians in need. Home ReSource donates thousands of dollars in materials annually to area nonprofits, schools, events, and community organizations and provides educational tours, workshops and events (like SponCon!) that promote Missoula’s culture of reuse. While our store and deconstruction services are self-supporting, these charitable and educational programs require additional funding, and would not be possible without our generous donors and sponsors.
