You know what’s vibrant and sustainable? The holiday shopping event that brings together countless exquisitely talented artisans from Missoula and beyond to sell their wares to a supportive and cheery crowd of local holiday shoppers. It’s called the MADE Fair and we’ll be there this Sunday in the East Gym of the Adam’s Center starting at 11 a.m.
Besides spreading the good word about our Community Sustainability Programs like ZWAP!, we will also be spreading good cheer by offering some affordable giftables including 25 Doodad Kits created and donated by “Doodad Deb” Scott. Deb, winner of Best in Show in the Creative Reuse Division at the 2017 Fair, has also graciously donated two of her amazing table creations for us to sell. All proceeds from Doodad sales will support our programs. We will also have a limited inventory of DIY birdhouse kits and one giant jenga set in a custom box prepared by our current Youth Interns! Oh and a handful of beanies, too. We hope to see you there!
