Next Friday June 16th, join us down at the Fairgrounds for the Missoula Midtown Melt-Off. We’ll be in the Culinary Arts building with two superstar exhibitors from the Creative Reuse Division of the 2016 Western Montana Fair for a live presentation at 6:30 p.m.
Howie Adams (multiple ribbon winner including 1st place for his “USS Enterprise Lamp” pictured above) and Steve Weiler (winner of Best in Show for his “Steampunk Ray Gun 2” pictured above) are expert repurposers with unique approaches to exploring the potential of reusable materials. Howie and Steve will bring examples of their work, talk about their creative process, and answer questions.
Besides that there’s a local brewfest, live music, free ice skating, and plenty of kid’s activities. We hope to see you in the Culinary Arts building next Friday at 6:30 p.m.
