We built a wall for the Big Sky Documentary Film Festival and installed it at the Elks Lodge where it will stay for the duration of the festival. While the function of the wall is to transform the large hall into a temporary theater, each of the wall’s seven panels demonstrates and celebrates the structural and artistic value of materials that may be perceived as having no value at all. The wall also invites festgoers to imagine the possibilities of reuse and of a Zero Waste Missoula. To us, it is a symbol of how we can – and must – work together to build a more just and sustainable world. We are a proud supporter of the Big Sky Doc Fest’s Toward Zero Waste efforts.
